1. Choose the apartment that best suits your requirements.
2. Request for availability.
3. Make your reservation indicating dates of arrival and departure.
4. Indicate how many people will occupy the apartment including babies and children.
5. Once reservation fee has been paid, you will receive by email confirmation including a telephone number which  you can contact at any time until your arrival.
6. Don't forget to bring cash to pay the amount indicated (see conditions) upon handing over the keys.

DEPOSIT
Upon entering the apartment you will have to leave a cash deposit, normally 200 €uros, depending on the duration of your stay. This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure if there are no damages in the apartment.

CLEANING
The price of the apartment includes the final cleaning, although not the daily. A daily cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an additional cost. We expect that the apartment be returned in a reasonable condition. If not, you may be charged an extra cleaning.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
14:00 h. is generally the time of arrival.
Departure before 12:00 h.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
Reservation fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If you want to change arrival and departure dates, you will have to notify three weeks in advance to keep your reservation, and always subject to availability.

OTHER
Minimum stay: 2 days.
The celebration of parties/events, or pets are not permitted.
There are other conditions and discounts for longer stays.
For commercial activities, you will need to request authorization.
